Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable Despatch Clerk / Conveyancing Runner who will be responsible for delivering, collecting and lodging legal and conveyancing documents, attending to exercise of options, completion of property transactions, and supporting the conveyancing team in time-sensitive operational matters, and also the litigation team's despatch. Key Responsibilities Deliver and collect legal documents, conveyancing documents, cheques, cashier's orders, keys and other transaction items. Attend at law firms, banks, CPF Board, HDB, SLA, IRAS, MCST offices, managing agents, property agencies and clients' premises. Obtain proper acknowledgements, signatures, stamps, delivery slips or receipts for all deliveries and collections. Assist with exercise of options by delivering duly exercised Options to Purchase, cheques and related documents within the required deadline.
