Desktop Support Technician
Orlando, FL (100% onsite, regional travel required)
12-month contract
Looking for someone who enjoys hands-on IT support and troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.
What Youβll Be Doing
+ Set up and support desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
+ Troubleshoot hardware, software, login, and user account issues
+ Perform PC imaging, deployments, and system upgrades
+ Support printers, peripherals, and network-connected devices
+ Provide Tier 2 support and escalate more complex issues as needed
+ Work with Active Directory, ticketing systems, and Windows environments
+ Assist with basic networking (LAN, switches, wireless access points, cabling)
+ Document issues/resolutions and help train users when needed
+ Support both staff systems and internal lab environments
