Position Overview
Description
We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for end users in a Windows-based environment. This role will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting Active Directory user administration, and assisting with Microsoft Office 365-related requests.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide desktop support for laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
+ Troubleshoot Windows operating system, software, and connectivity issues.
+ Create, modify, and disable user accounts in Active Directory.
+ Support Office 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
+ Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software.
+ Respond to help desk tickets and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
+ Set up new user workstations and assist with onboarding activities.
