Field Desktop Support Tech- Bilingual in English and Korean
Role: Full Time
Shift Time: 12 noon- 8 PM PT
Location: Orange County, CA Onsite/In-person
Responsibilities:
+ Desktop support experience- troubleshooting, configuration, software installation
+ Experience with ticketing system
+ Review onboarding requests, review tickets and document issues
+ Adept at M365, Windows, Active Directory, ticketing systems
+ Provide troubleshooting and support to end users on a variety of issues- incidents and problems
+ Provide technical assistance to the customer (Examples)
- Password reset
- Account information
- Case number information
- Adobe Reader issues
- Brower issues
- Technical computer issues
- Internet connectivity
+ Set up equipment for employee use
