Position Overview
Desktop Support Tech II Corporate IT is seeking a qualified Desktop Support Technician who will be a single point of contact for end users, receiving support and maintenance within the infrastructure environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deploy, diagnose, repair, maintain desktops/laptops, printers, mobile devices and other equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide OS and application support for (primarily) Microsoft products and other applications as needed for the end user job functions or devices.
- Resolves internal user ticket submissions efficiently and in timely manner.
- Maintain workstation inventory and logs all service/repair activity.
- Process employee onboarding or terminations.
- Interface with other technology teams to maintain application and network infrastructure.
- Other duties as assigned.
