We are seeking to expand our IT Service Desk and are looking to recruit a Desktop Support Specialist within our Belfast office.
This will be a 12 month Fixed Term contract.

The role: Providing 1st / 2nd level Helpdesk Support both onsite / remotely Monitor Service Desk Queue Installation, Configuration and Support of PCs, running Windows 11 Troubleshooting both hardware / software / network connectivity issues on PCs/Printers Management of Assets Determine proper escalation path for non-resolved issues.
