We are looking for a hands‑on Desktop Support Engineer / Resident Engineer to provide on‑site IT support for users at our client’s office, Changi Business Park.

The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving end‑user computing issues, supporting workplace devices, coordinating with relevant technical teams, and ensuring that users receive timely and professional IT assistance.

• Provide on-site Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, deploy, and replace desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and other workplace IT equipment. <...
