Job Description:
Description of Duties

+ Inventory and organize IT equipment

+ Unbox and prepare desktops, laptops, monitors, and accessories

+ Apply Windows 11 OS image using SCCM and Intune

+ Install software in Windows 11 environment

+ Update asset records in ServiceNow

+ Deploying assets as required

+ Assist with decommissioning old equipment

Minimum Requirements

+ High School Diploma

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

+ Basic knowledge of Windows OS and imaging tools

+ Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely

+ Good communication and time management skills

+ Must pass state and national background check
