Description We are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical support for end users in a healthcare environment in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is a Contract position focused on maintaining reliable workstation performance, resolving desktop-related issues, and delivering responsive support across Windows-based systems. The ideal candidate brings practical experience with hardware troubleshooting, account administration, and desktop imaging while ensuring a smooth day-to-day technology experience for staff.
