Description We are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Oakland, California on a Contract basis. This position will focus on preparing Chromebook carts for use, organizing device setup activities, and supporting end users with basic technical needs as the school year begins. The ideal candidate brings hands-on desktop support knowledge, can follow established procedures, and is comfortable assisting with hardware, software, and classroom technology issues.
