Robert Half is seeking a Contract Desktop Support Analyst to join our client's dynamic IT team. As a Contract Desktop Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and assistance to end-users, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of desktop systems and software applications. Key Responsibilities:

+ Technical Support: Provide first-level technical support to end-users, responding to inquiries, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, and escalating more complex problems to the appropriate team.

+ Desktop Management: Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, including operating systems, software applications, and hardware components.
