Description We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Detroit, Michigan. In this role, you will provide essential technical support for software applications, hardware systems, and peripheral devices. Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software applications, PCs, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on hardware and software systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Document detailed steps and solutions for resolving user issues in the call tracking system.
• Install and configure hardware and software for end-users as needed.
• Manage inventory control and assist in transporting hardware between locations.
• Stay informed about current trends and advancements in technology to enhance support services.
