Overview
Ensuring that Teleperformance IT support procedures are followed. 1st line IT support, answering helpdesk calls and allocating resources. Supporting Windows 10 endpoints and Microsoft Office 365. Laptop maintenance, OS imaging & rebuilding. Deploying anti‑virus software to endpoints. Deliver all assigned project tasks within the agreed timescale. Ensuring documentation and configurations are up to date
Qualifications
- Previous experience in supporting Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, Windows systems, laptop OS installation and maintenance
- Experience of PC & laptop hardware maintenance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
- Understanding of Avaya, helpdesk, Citrix, server and other technical toolsets
- Experience supporting Windows 10, Windows 7, Stratodesk and Citrix environments
