Full-time, Permanent Roles & Responsibilities Provide on-site, walk-up, and white-glove IT support for C-level executives, traders, and other VIP stakeholders Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues on desktops, laptops (Dell, HP, Apple), and peripherals (printers, docking stations, monitors) Provide software support for Microsoft 365 applications, corporate applications, and proprietary trading platforms Perform hands-on hardware fixes, including component replacement (RAM, SSD, keyboards, screens) Set up and configure workstations for new joiners and executive moves Maintain inventory of IT assets and manage loaner device pool for VIPs Escalate complex issues to L3 support with detailed documentation Support town halls and executive meetings with AV setup assistance Respond to VIP requests within defined SLAs with a high degree of professionalism Docume...
