Introduction
Under the general supervision of the Client Services Manager, this role is responsible for installs, moves, changes, and technical hardware support. It is a βhands-onβ technical role that requires good people skills along with workstation support knowledge.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional work experience in a related field
- Associates Degree in Information Systems-Required/BS Information Systems-Preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service focused
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- ITIL Foundations V3-Preferred
- Experience with ticket tool and diagnostic tools
