Attend consultant and site meetings with the Project Team; coordinate closely with client’s, consultants and sub‑contractors to ensure that all the works carried out meet the desired quality/workmanship, specifications, code requirements and the projects are completed on time and within budget. Manage and lead team by outlining and assigning work, reviewing technical work for accuracy and technical outcomes. Oversee and manage consultant performance to ensure alignment with project timelines, design deliverables, and authority submission requirements for timely approvals.
