**Overview**

We’re hiring a **Mid-Level Designer** who brings strong craft and independent thinking to the table. We’re looking for designers with portfolios that show **real design fundamentals** —typography, layout, illustration, identity work, and strong composition. It doesn’t have to be ads or campaigns. We care more about **taste, design logic, and art direction sensibility** .

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead design execution on projects across **brand identity, digital, social, print, and integrated deliverables** .
+ Translate creative direction and briefs into **strong visual systems** , key visuals, layouts, and brand assets.
+ Create and refine typography-led layouts, moodboards, styleframes, and design explorations.
+ Own the design process from concept through final delivery:
+ exploration → iteration → polishing → final artwork
