Position Overview
As the role of the Designer, you will deliver the highest quality designs and most commercially viable planning permissions by supporting the Planning team with designs and supporting information required for the preparation and submission of planning applications.
This is an 18 month fixed term contract with the potential to become a permanent opportunity.
What you will do:
Pre-Development Management
Produce & co-ordinate high quality designs, utilizing TW standard products and details wherever possible Management of external consultants to ensure information is received, checked, co-ordinated and distributed on time and within budget. Attend concept, pre tender, pre start, specification and any other relevant meeting as required under the Company’s Framework procedure.
