Location: Waterloo, Canada

Responsible for designing schematic and layout with a system-level perspective and making camera design contributions both individually and as a team.

What You Will Do

• Design electrical circuits for machine vision camera test boards and camera boards.
• Design PCB stack‑up and layout plans.
• Collaborate with the PCB Layout team to implement circuits on PCB.
• Adhere to Teledyne DALSA design standards for schematic entry and component selection.
• Optimize board design for cost, manufacturability, and testability.
• Write design review documentation and conduct design review meetings.
• Run electrical circuit simulations.
• Debug and bring up new board designs.
• Troubleshoot existing board designs in labs and on the production floor.
