Job Role: Design Release Engineer – Exterior Trims

Location: Chennai / Pune

Experience: 6+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Design Release Engineer who will be responsible for the design, development, validation, and release of Exterior Plastic components throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Exterior trim components including bumpers, grilles, claddings, wheel arch flares, roof rails, spoilers, side steps, and related plastic parts.

• Drive product development activities including feasibility studies, packaging reviews, and engineering assessments.

• Manage engineering releases, BOM updates, design changes, and technical documentation.

• Support DFMEA, APQP, validation planning, and product launch activities.
