Carlson Design Group is seeking a creative, highly talented Design Project Manager III to join our engineering team as part of our expanding business. Carlson’s market focus includes Mission Critical, Light Industrial, Financial Services, and Commercial sectors. Our design philosophy centers on listening, understanding, and executing solutions that are compelling, technically sound, resilient, and fiscally responsible.
Location: Atlanta, GA, includes some travel


Responsibilities


Your key responsibilities include:

+ Act as the principal point of contact for the company on assigned projects from beginning to end

+ Manage design, production and coordination of large or complex projects

+ Responsible for fiscal performance of the projects

+ Manage Contract Administration process between the design team and the contractor
