Responsibilities

• Manage project assignments to team members with the Design Director/s
• Oversee all design elements, from conception to final delivery
• Maintain high standards of quality and ensure only the best work is released to the employer or client
• Research concepts and materials to support the design team on technical issues influencing concept development.
• Knowledge of material & colour scheme specifications requirement
• Ensure structural drawings and designs are produced on time, to high quality, and are easy to decipher
• Decide the most appropriate materials for the design within the budget restriction
• Coordinate with QS and Project Managers
• Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion
• Ensure team's final result is delivered adhering to company's standards
