NEW ROLE

Responsibilities:

-This design manager will oversee and manage four designers, run weekly design meetings, dole out which designers do which jobs, help with setting the job scopes, assist and/or run any pre-design meetings on projects, help hand off jobs to the Installation Department, help improve efficiencies with design and job flows, and help oversee any new technologies/systems we are going to do design/project drawings for.

experience & Requirements:

- Nicet lvl 3 or higher, lvl 4 preferred (special hazard Nicet is a bonus)
