Position Overview
Design Manager
As Design Manager you will be responsible to the Head of Design Team. This role is based within the Design Department with the main role of managing individual schemes with the specific goal of coordinating all technical information between external consultants and internal departments. The Design Team provides support to each of the Operating Companies (OpCoβs): Structural & Civil Engineering, Construction, Building Services and Facilities Management. The Design team will provide support with Structural Steel Detailing, Design Management and Coordination, Architectural support as well as the Quality Assurance role.
Key Responsibilities
The role will include, but is not limited to, the following duties:

β’ Ensure all approvals are obtained from various stakeholders and local authorities. This includes Section agreements and where required service applications.
