Role Description The Design Head - AV will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design, coordination, and delivery of advanced Audio-Visual systems across all sectors such as corporate campuses, mixed-use developments, hospitality, healthcare, education, and public infrastructure. This role requires strategic design leadership, technical expertise, client engagement, and team management to ensure world- class AV solutions aligned with project goals, budgets, and timelines. Key Responsibilities - Lead the concept, schematic, and detailed design of integrated AV systems across diverse environments, including boardrooms, executive briefing centers, auditoriums, convention centers, performance venues, training and collaboration spaces, digital signage networks, video conferencing and unified communication systems, PA/VA systems, BGM systems, IPTV/media distribution systems, AV-over-IP solutions, centralized control & automation systems.
