Conduct engineering studies related to the Structural field when required and provide clear, well‑supported recommendations based on the results of the performed studies.
Prepare a clear and understandable Structural scope of work for transmission projects in line with the issued Project Parameter Report to ensure coverage of DEWA’s requirements in new tenders and to avoid ambiguity or misunderstanding in the scope of work by bidders.
Review amendments for technical aspects and reply to technical queries raised by bidders during the tendering stage.
Review technical offers, including deviations submitted by bidders, highlight and resolve technical clarifications during the tendering process.
Review the technical recommendation report.
Review and comment on design drawings, documents, materials, BIM model and vendors submitted by contractors or consultants to ensure quality compliance with DEWA’s specification,...
