Position Overview
Role Impact:
As a support member of the CF Development in-house design team, the Design Assistant is responsible for executing day-to-day D modeling, rendering, and CAD drafting. This role also handles the graphic design coordination required to turn these architectural assets into presentation packages for the CF Development teams internally and externally.
What you will deliver:
Assist the team in compiling and formatting design materials, presentations, leasing and marketing documentsAssist in requests for space planning, and concept design for further explorationAble to coordinate all information and drawings into a cohesive package when requiredTranslate conceptual architectural ideas into CAD drafts and D models using industry-standard CAD software to support internal design iterations and client presentations.Able to conceive and develop design ideas and present the ideas to team for feedba...
