Key Responsibilities : 

• Prepare and draft plans for each client’s unique space.

• Collaborate with clients and their teams to fully understand their vision and requirements.

• Identify and resolve conflicts between client preferences and the functional aspects of the design.

• Create and present 3D models of buildings or spaces to bring design concepts to life.

• Develop detailed floor plans illustrating how new designs will integrate with existing spaces.

• Meet with clients to discuss budgetary details, design requirements, and project completion timelines.
