Qualifications:

-BS Mechanical Engineering Graduates

-License Mechanical Engineer

-Computer Literate and good Communication Skills

-Knowledge in using Planswift and Autocad

-Minimum of 5 Years Experience in Design and Estimate of Mechanical System, Plumbing and

Fire Protection System.



Duties and Responsibilities:

A. Cost Estimation and financial analysis of new projects as well as summarizing quotations

and proposals



B. Bid and Tender Management

-Leads the preparation and submission of bids for new projects

-Review all the tender documents and identifying potential risk



C. Vendor and Subcontractor Management

-Build and maintain strong relationship with suppliers and subcontractors



D. Project Collaboration

-Works in close collaboration with project managers, engineers and clients

-Provide crucial cost advice during the design and plan...
