We are urgently hiring a skilled Desi Chef for a restaurant in Al Ain. The ideal candidate must have hands‑on experience in preparing a variety of popular street food and traditional snacks, ensuring authentic taste, quality, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Desi street food items including pani puri, sev puri, samosa, chaat, channa chaat, and bhel puri
• Prepare snacks such as pav bhaji, aloo samosa, kachori, and pakora
• Make beverages including karak tea and coffee
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
