Mastery of foreign exchange market & products, especially on USDCNH (including spot, forward, swaps, options & cross currency swaps)
Assist in managing house FX positions based on the understanding across multiple composition of business background
Manage the book autonomously (within risk limits); ensuring the trading positions and strategies remain within the agreed risk and credit parameters, and identifying potential factors that may cause these parameters to be breached
Generate positive P/L, and have a consistent proven track record of trade objective achievements
Assist in negotiating ISDA's and clearing broker agreements, etc.
Management of volatility risks in portfolios
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
3-5 years’ experience in FX and derivatives trading
Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients
