Key Responsibilities
Executive & Operational Coordination
Partner closely with the COO to manage day-to-day priorities and execution focus
Own and optimize the COO’s calendar based on strategic and operational priorities
Prepare for leadership meetings, reviews, and cross-functional discussions
Shadow leadership interactions and ensure clear tracking of decisions and actions
Strategy Tracking & Dashboarding
