**Job Description**
BAE Systems is looking for a deputy SEIT Lead to join our Advance Compact Electronics Solution s Product Line Systems Engineering Department in Nashua, NH.

This role will be responsible for collaborating internally across functions and externally with our industry partners and customers under guidance of an experienced SEIT-L to plan, prepare, and execute the development and qualification of an Advance Compact Electronics Solution.

This deputy SEIT Lead must be a motivated team-oriented individual with strong problem-solving abilities and people skills that support collaboration across multiple disciplines within the business. Other responsibilities of this role include assisting with project planning and execution, and management / development of the assigned workforce.
