We are seeking an experienced retail professional to support our store management team within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have strong equestrian knowledge alongside previous management experience.

The role involves supporting the management of a team of 20–25 colleagues across both the shop and café, helping to implement management decisions and promote a positive working environment. The Deputy Store Manager will work closely with the Store Manager to support the wellbeing of the shop team and encourage the ongoing development of individuals.
