Oversee and coordinate civil construction activities, including earthworks, piling, structural concrete, drainage, roadworks, and temporary works, ensuring adherence to project specifications and approved sequences. Enforce safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance (WSH, MOM, LTA standards), conduct site inspections, and close out safety observations promptly. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams, coordinate interfaces with utilities, traffic management, M&E, architectural works, and other civil sections. Track daily productivity and construction progress, prepare reports for project management, and propose recovery plans or alternative methods to mitigate delays.
