Deputy Registrar (HR)
The incumbent will be mainly in charge of entire HR functions across the University. He/she will be responsible for employee’s career development, contributing to the conception, implementation and follow up of policy documents and implementing procedures related to recruitment, personnel management and HR operations at all the Campuses. Due to sensitivity of the job, a high degree of confidentiality is required from successful candidate.
The position involves –
Responsibility of manpower Planning, recruitment, on-boarding, employee engagement, induction, succession planning, off boarding.
Implementation & smooth running of Performance Management System and related promotion Scheme or any other motivational policy and procedures for the retention of the staff.
Providing guidance to the Heads in the setting up and regular update of job descriptions
