Review and approve purchase orders, contracts and project specifications.
Provide project master schedule and oversee progress against the baseline master schedule.
Initiate and obtain approval on variation orders from client on scope changes.
Finalize sub-contracts for fabrication / major equipment etc., negotiate price, schedule & monitor the cost and change orders due to changes initiated by either client or engineering.
Take full responsibility for project cost control. Review project cost reports monthly and keep track of change orders and deviations.
Generate progress reports for submission to management and clients.
Organize monthly meetings with senior management to review all project activities.
Formalize discussion with Estimating Manager if project cost exceeds the budget.
