Job Description

• Carry out project planning, cost control and project documentation
• Provide direction in construction planning, coordinate works with sub‑contractors, Client and Consultants to ensure overall construction progress based on the schedule of works
• Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
• Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied with
• Lead a team of project staff
• Planning, scheduling, accomplishing, and coordinating the management of the project.
• Prepare all project documents under the contract scope
• Liaising, negotiating, and managing sub‑suppliers/sub‑contractors in the region with respect to procurements and in‑situ execution of sales contracts or projects.
