The Deputy Programme Director (DPD) serves as the operational bridge of the Fencing High Performance Pathway Programme, also known as the National Fencing Programme (NFP), for all weapon groups. In this capacity, the DPD ensures that overarching vision and policy are effectively translated into structured training delivery, positioning the High Performance (HP) team to achieve long‑term competitive objectives.
