Job Responsibilities

Trace Systems is actively recruiting for a Deputy Program Manager to support, manage, and oversee the EAGLE-I contract onsite in Tampa, FL. The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

+ Second-in-command to the PM, running day-to-day execution.

+ Orchestrates task orders, staffing, surge plans, and cross-team dependencies

+ Maintains trackers/metrics and prepares briefs.

+ Leads issue/risk management, drives action closure, and backstops PM in customer engagements, reviews, and contract deliverables

+ Responsible for staffing, formulating and enforcing work standards, creating personnel schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, and communicating Government policies, purposes, and goals to employees.
