Serco-North America is seeking a highly motivated **Deputy Project Manager** with extensive experience in high-level defense programs and Modeling and Simulation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in operations and training, a proactive mindset, is able to manage/operate in a strong team atmosphere, possesses the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment, and capable of working effectively with multiple distributed teams across multiple time zones and nationalities.

You will provide operational insight and managerial assistance to spearhead major projects and prioritize customer contract requirements appropriately from inception through completion.
