The Deputy M&E Site Superintendent is responsible for the timely and accurate installation of M&E Systems & Services in the construction site. Job Responsibilities Deploy and lead workers from subcontractors on the timely and accurate installation of M&E Systems & Services at the project site. Supervise and evaluate the quality of the site-works on M&E Systems & Services to meet project requirements. Plan and deploy resources and manpower to meet operational needs. Evaluate electrical technical / engineering requirements of the repairs / upgrading / servicing work. Conduct regular checks and prepare safety reports. Resolve any electrical issues on-site. Conduct risk assessment of projects and operations on-site. Identify opportunities for process improvement and work productivity. Ability to manage and solve complex problems at site.
