Responsibilities:
Oversee SAP Systems Operations Manage incident, problem, and change management Oversee SAP monitoring, job scheduling, and system health checks Coordinate with BASIS, functional, and infrastructure teams Define and track SLAs/KPIs for SAP support and operations Ensure timely resolution of tickets and user issues Manage internal and external teams managing application support.
