1. Field Quality Management Monitor and analyse field quality performance (0 MIS, 1 MIS, 3 MIS indicators) for BEV products.
Identify top concerns, failure trends, and repeat issues from field data.
Lead problem-solving initiatives using structured methodologies (8D, QRQC, 5 Why, Fishbone).
Ensure timely containment, correction, and prevention actions for field issues.
Ensure quick response to critical customer issues and escalations.
Improve customer satisfaction through defect reduction and faster resolution.
Support dealer/service teams with technical insights and corrective actions.
Conduct process audits (system audits) based on field reported concern
Focus on Dealer PDI Performance & Improve internal inspection detection 2. Product Quality Assurance Drive continuous improvement of product quality across BEV Models.
