To monitor Supplier performance on monthly & YY basis & guide SQE team accordingly.
To carryout gap analysis & initiate CAPA aligning the SQA targets.
To monitor & control nonconformance in components at supplier.
To promote quality awareness among suppliers
To ensure cross functional coordination for resolution of quality issues reported in plant.
To plan & execute meetings with suppliers on monthly basis.
To plan the strategic road map to improve supplier performance.
To Freeze & achieve department objective linking to plant objectives.
