Oversee the organization, planning and coordination of sales & marketing activities such as new fund briefings, market update sessions and/or client seminars in order to support the Institutional Unit Trust Adviser (IUTA) distribution channels.
Oversee the liaison between IUTA and the various departments for support.
Strengthen rapport with the IUTA distribution channels and actively participate in regional sales review meetings and/or branch manager meetings.
Support the IUTA distribution channels in both retail and corporate sales through joint fieldworks and presentations.
Supervise and manage a team of staff in meeting yearly goals and KPIs.
Job requirements
Degree in Business Administration/Economics/Finance/Investment or other related fields.
Minimum 10 years of working experience in similar industries or equivalent in a supervisory capacity.
