About the Job
The Deputy Manager – Change Management plays a critical role in enabling organizational transformation and digital initiatives by driving stakeholder alignment, structured communication, and adoption of change. The role focuses on onboarding stakeholders, building change capability across the organization, and ensuring seamless execution of change strategies in collaboration with HR, Corporate Communications, and project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support transformation initiatives
- Lead stakeholder engagement and onboarding to ensure readiness and alignment
- Establish and manage a network of Change Champions across the organization
