A new Home Manager has recently stepped into post, bringing warmth, openness and a genuine belief that good leadership starts with how people are treated day to day. The next step is finding a Deputy who wants to stand alongside that, not underneath it.

You'll still use your nursing skills here. Regularly. Meaningfully. This is not a desk role in disguise. Your presence matters on the floor, in handovers, and in the moments where clinical decisions carry weight.
