What is required from you?

A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK

Prior experience of leading a team of care assistants (and Registered Nurses if clinical)

QCF level 3 diploma or above in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)

Good knowledge of the CQC key lines of enquiry and other regulatory frameworks

Must be available to work 42 hours per week
