As a Deputy Store Manager at Aldi, you'll take pride in driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, minimising costs, and improving operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
• Running the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager
• Deliver excellent customer service that goes beyond expectations
• Support the Store Manager to boost employee engagement and meet store KPIs
• Monitor product quality and manage stock rotation consistently
• Oversee till cashing up and safe deposits
• Ensure Health & Safety and due diligence standards are maintained
